VININGS ON THE CHATTAHOOCHEE GRAND OPENING

ATLANTA – Winmark Homes’ first-ever project in the City of Atlanta, Vinings on the Chattahoochee, celebrated its grand opening in August. An intimate community of 142 single-family homes within walking distance of the beautiful and scenic Chattahoochee River, Vinings on the Chattahoochee offers homeowners a high-quality home and lifestyle close to the city and convenient to everything Atlanta has to offer.

“Interest in Vinings on the Chattahoochee has been unbelievable,” said Michael Rosenberg, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Winmark Homes. “Before we could celebrate the grand opening at the community, we already had interested buyers reserving lots.”

The two-story homes will feature front porches and carriage-style garage doors. When complete, Vinings on the Chattahoochee will have 142 luxury-style homes priced from the mid $290,000s. Square footage varies from 2,400 to 3,100 square feet depending on floor plans.

The four, five and six bedroom homes will have vaulted ceilings and spacious master suites with sitting areas, optional game rooms and kitchen with Corian countertops. Fabulous amenities include a large, multi-purpose clubhouse with a swimming pool and tennis courts, as well as sidewalks throughout. Children at Vinings on the Chattahoochee will attend Fulton Academy Elementary School, Sutton Middle School and North Atlanta High School. Additionally, this school is close to many exceptional private schools.

To visit Vinings on the Chattahoochee, take I-75 North from downtown Atlanta to I-285 West and exit onto South Cobb Drive. Turn left and travel approximately one and a half miles, crossing the beautiful Chattahoochee River. The entrance to the community will be a quarter of a mile on the right. A model home will be available for interested buyers to see in the late fall. Call the onsite agent, Bonnie Bell, at 404-794-6007 for more information.
