KINGSTON GRAND OPENING

ATLANTA – Winmark Homes is pleased to announce the grand opening of Kingston, a single-family community in Gwinnett County.

“The first weekend we were open for sales, interested buyers were lined up and waiting outside before we even opened the doors,” said Michael Rosenberg, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Winmark Homes. “Kingston is a brand new community in a location that doesn’t have a lot of new product and demand is high. The first weekend alone 57 lots were reserved and 32 contracts were signed! In the first five days, almost 60 contracts were signed!”

Located off of Beaver Ruin Road near Highway 29, Kingston is a swim and tennis community featuring two-story and ranch homes. With seven plans to choose from, homes range in size from 2,500 to 3,056 square feet and offer four, five or six bedrooms with two and a half, three or four bathrooms. Lots are a little over a quarter of an acre.

Upon completion, Kingston will offer 144 homes priced from the low $240,000s to the mid $260,000s.

To visit Kingston, take I-85 North to Beaver Ruin Road and turn right. Go approximately three or four miles, past Burns Road on the right and the Southern Athletic Club. Kingston will be on the left before Lawrenceville Highway (Highway 29). For more information on the community, contact the on-site agents, Chris Davenport or Susan Bramble at 770-935-7422.
