WINMARK OPENS NEW PHASE AT THE FALLS OF BRASELTON

ATLANTA – Winmark Homes is pleased to announce that presales are underway in the newest phase of homes at The Falls of Braselton, located in Gwinnett and Barrow counties.

“The new phase of homes at The Falls of Braselton features a cul-de-sac and oversized lots,” said Michael Rosenberg, Winmark’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Homebuyers can choose from multiple ranch or two-story plans. The Falls of Braselton is a single-family home community that will have 399 homes upon completion. Both ranch and two-story homes with carriage-style garage doors feature 2,500 to 3,370 square feet of living space. Homes are priced between $195,000 and $280,000. Homes feature nine-foot ceilings on the main, kitchens with recessed lighting and islands, lofts or work stations, master suites with sitting areas and large secondary bedrooms with walk-in closets. Depending on plan, homes have three to six bedrooms and up to four and a half baths. Exteriors feature include front porches, Hardiplank siding, and brick and stone accents.

Neighborhood amenities include a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, four lighted tennis courts, a playground and a beautiful clubhouse. The Falls of Braselton is located adjacent to Braselton’s new park, Braselton River Walk, with 60 acres of park and a beautiful river walk.

Children in the Gwinnett County phases of the community attend Ivey Creek Elementary, Glenn Jones Middle and Mill Creek High . Those in the Barrow County phases attend Bramlett Elementary, Russell Middle and Winder Barrow High.
