SINGLE FAMILY HOMES NOW AVAILABLE AT THE VILLAGES AT CASTLEBERRY
ATLANTA – The single-family homes phase is now being offered at The Villages at Castleberry. Winmark Homes’ premier community in Forsyth County features a unique mix of townhomes (including master on the main floor plans) and single-family homes. The new phase, The Reserve at Castleberry, is comprised of 61 single-family homes ranging in size from 2,400 to 3,100 square feet and priced from the mid $200,000s.

Townhomes at the Park at Castleberry feature four floor plans and prices begin at $178,000. The Crossing at Castleberry features Winmark Homes’ impressive master on the main townhomes. Four floor plans are available and square footage ranges from 1,800 to 2,000 square feet.
When complete, The Villages at Castleberry will be a community of 248 homes.
