WINMARK HOMES ANNOUNCES PLANS TO OPEN DESIGN CENTER
ATLANTA – Winmark Homes announces its plans to open a new design center this spring. The state-of-the-art facility will provide a different approach from the traditional design centers many new home builders offer.
“When our design center opens, homeowners will be able to visit the facility and to personally choose features and upgrades to decorate their homes,” said Michael Rosenberg, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Winmark Homes. “Although we have always believed in offering a high quality home at an affordable price, this is a service we were not previously able to provide our homeowners. When complete, our design center will offer services unique to Winmark Homes, and our homeowners will benefit greatly from it.”
The 12,000 square foot design center will be located off Brogdon Road in Suwanee across from Winmark Homes’ corporate office. Upon completion, homeowners will be able to view an array of products to enhance their homes that will be available for purchase, work with designers who will assist them with decorating their new homes and view demonstrations from product experts at the center.
The design center will be open to all Winmark Homes’ new homeowners as well as guests who are interested in purchasing products to enhance their existing homes.
