WINMARK OPENS MODEL HOMES AT THREE COMMUNITIES
ATLANTA – Representing the best in new homes, fully decorated model homes are now open at three Winmark Homes’ communities across metro Atlanta. Guests are now welcome to tour the model homes located in Vinings on the Chattahoochee, Carlton at Hamilton Mill and The Villages at Castleberry.

The Sierra model is now open at Vinings on the Chattahoochee, an intimate community of single-family homes within walking distance of the beautiful Whittier Mill Park and the scenic Chattahoochee River. The fully decorated model home features a gourmet kitchen, great room with fireplace, dining room and study downstairs. Upstairs features three bedrooms and a media room. The home also has a double front porch and two-car garage. When complete, the community will have 142 luxury-style homes priced from the mid $290,000s.
A carefree, gated community featuring master-on-the-main floorplans, the model is now open at Carlton at Hamilton Mill, located within a half a mile of I-85. The Chaucer plan features a dramatic two-story family room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen with hardwoods and island overlooking the family room, master-on-the-main with trey ceiling and luxurious master bath complimented by a dual head shower. When complete, Carlton at Hamilton Mill will have 125 homes priced from the $200,000s and amenities will include a clubhouse, zero-entry swimming pool and tennis courts.
Four new model homes have opened at Winmark Homes’ premier community in Forsyth County – The Villages at Castleberry. Offering a unique mix of townhomes, single-family homes and two-story patio homes, each neighborhood within the community now has a fully decorated model home open to guests. The Rosewood plan is now open at The Reserve at Castleberry, where homes are priced from the $240,000s. The model home features five bedrooms and three baths.
Guests interested in a townhome in one of Castleberry’s neighborhoods, including one of Winmark Homes’ impressive master-on-the-main plans, can now tour two models. The Sherwood townhome plan features three bedrooms and the Sheldon features two bedrooms with a loft option. The townhome plans are priced from the $180,000s. New home shoppers interested in the community’s two-story patio plans, are welcome to tour the Kipling, a three-bedroom home with loft. The patio homes are priced from the $220,000s.
To visit Vinings on the Chattahoochee, take I-75 North from downtown Atlanta to I-285 West and exit onto South Cobb Drive. Turn left and travel approximately one and a half miles, crossing the beautiful Chattahoochee River. The entrance to the community will be a quarter of a mile on the right.
