WINMARK OPENS NEW PHASE AT RIVER STONE

Winmark Homes is pleased to announce that its popular Gwinnett County community River Stone is now in Phase II. Located in the Brookwood school district, River Stone offers two-story and ranch homes priced from the mid $200,000s.

“Homes in the second phase are sure to sell fast,” said Michael Rosenberg, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Winmark Homes. “Located along the Yellow River, homes within the new phase will be located on very large and deep sites. With only 64 homes available, and a waiting list already started, we don’t expect homes to last long.”

Bordering the Yellow River, River Stone is a perfect place for families to call home. Upon completion, there will be 143 homes. Plans feature four, five or six bedrooms, optional basements and two-car garages. Ten different floorplans are available, including two-story and ranch options, as well as a master on the main plan. Homes range in size from 2,600 to 3,300 square feet. Additional features include hardwood floors, arch entryways, Corian countertops in the kitchens, large master suites, nine foot smooth ceilings and full front porches.

Fabulous community amenities include a clubhouse with a swimming pool and tennis courts, basketball court and a children’s play area.

Children at River Stone will attend Gwin Oaks Elementary School, Five Forks Middle School and Brookwood High School.

To visit River Stone, take I-85 North to Pleasant Hill Road (Exit 104) and follow for approximately three miles to a left onto Lawrenceville Highway (Highway 29). Continue on Highway 29 for approximately two and a half miles to a right on Gloster Road. Cross the railroad tracks. The road will change to Oak Road. River Stone will be a quarter of a mile on the right. The beautiful Azalea model home is open for visitors. For more information on the community, call (678) 924-1488.
