WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE & WINMARK JOINT VENTURE
Winmark Mortgage Partners, LLC, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and one of the nation's leading providers of residential mortgages, have agreed to the terms of a joint venture to originate, process and fund mortgage loans for customers of Winmark Mortgage Partners, LLC. Winmark Financial, LLC, is co-owned by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Winmark Mortgage Partners, LLC. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
