WINMARK HOMES OPENS NEW PHASE AT THE FALLS OF BRASELTON
ATLANTA – Winmark Homes is pleased to announce that presales are underway in the newest phase of homes at The Falls of Braselton, located in Gwinnett and Barrow counties near Chateau Elan. When completed, the community will include almost 400 homes with Winmark homes priced from $216,000 to the $300,000s.
“Home buyers can’t believe how much space they get for their money at The Falls of Braselton. Compared with the price ranges around us in the Chateau Elan area, this community offers the best price for the buyer’s money,” said Michael Rosenberg, Winmark’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This is a much-wanted area with convenient access to I-85, Lake Lanier, the Mall of Georgia and the many golf courses located nearby. You couldn’t ask for a better location in Gwinnett and Barrow counties.”
Currently, 80 home sites are available for buyer’s choice, and 30 homes are in inventory in various stages of completion. Buyers are often surprised to learn about the many standard features in homes in the community, which opened in 2004. Some of these many features include carriage style doors for two-car garages, security systems, smooth-finish ceilings, 42-inch cabinets with crown molding, hardwood floors in the foyer and phone and cable access in all bedrooms. The homes include chrome hardware throughout the bathroom and kitchen, spacious master suites and pedestal sinks in the powder rooms. With two-story and ranch plans available, home buyers are sure to find the perfect plan to fit their family’s needs.
The Falls of Braselton is a single-family home community that will have 399 homes ranging from 2,330 to 3,300 square feet upon completion. Homes feature nine-foot ceilings on the main, kitchens with recessed lighting and islands, lofts or work stations, master suites with sitting areas and large secondary bedrooms with walk-in closets. Depending on plan, homes have three to six bedrooms and up to four and a half baths. Exteriors feature include front porches, Hardiplank siding, and brick and stone accents. Neighborhood amenities include a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, four lighted tennis courts, a playground and a beautiful clubhouse. The Falls of Braselton is located adjacent to Braselton’s new park, Mulberry River Walk, with 60 acres of park and a beautiful river walk.
Children in the Gwinnett County phases of the community attend Ivey Creek Elementary, Glenn Jones Middle and Mill Creek High. Those in the Barrow County phases attend Bramlett Elementary, Russell Middle and Winder Barrow High.
