WINMARK TOWN SQUARE IS NOW OPEN!
ATLANTA – Winmark Homes is pleased to announce the grand opening of its new design center – The Winmark Town Square. The state-of-the-art 12,000 square foot facility provides new home buyers with a design approach unlike any other they have ever experienced. Fashioned after a traditional town square, the design studio is comprised of individual stores where home buyers can visit, shop and select the products and features for their new homes.
“After much hard work and a lot of thought, our design studio is now open and homeowners’ reactions are extremely positive,” said Marty Milbrett, Director of Winmark Homes’ Design Studio. “By incorporating the old town theme into our design studio, not only are we offering a unique experience, we are offering an individual experience for homeowners. Choosing all of the options can be such an overwhelming experience so we designed a studio where homeowners can stay focused on the one item they are shopping for at that particular time in that specific store.”
Unlike other design studios where large open floors are comprised of individuals’ home scenarios where shoppers can purchase – and get distracted – by all of the products available, Winmark Homes’ design studio takes each room in the home and brings the products into individual stores. Homeowners can choose exterior options in a turf-lined room filled with samples, locks and knobs in the hardware store, security and media room options in the old-time theater and window treatments at Jack’s Windows. There is even a café, where shoppers can take a break, relax, discuss the design process and enjoy a snack.
“Another advantage to our design center is that every option we have is available to view and touch at our location,” continued Milbrett. “Shoppers don’t have to look through books to decide what options they would like in their homes. They can view them all right here – from kitchen options to closets and window treatments. It is quite an experience and one you must see to believe!”
Design consultants, housed in individual brownstones, are available to assist Winmark Homes’ new homeowners. Appointments must be made to meet with a consultant; however, guests are welcome to tour the studio at any time. Winmark Town Square is open Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. To contact the Winmark Town Square directly, call 678-730-1202.
