PRESALES AVAILABLE NOW AT CHAMPIONS RUN

ATLANTA – Winmark Homes is now offering presales for one of its newest communities in Forsyth County, Champions Run, a neighborhood with a rural feel located within a 10-minute drive to shopping and dining venues in Suwanee.

The first phase of Champions Run will include 175 homes, three of which will be move-in ready by August. When finished, the community will have 360 homes, ranging from the $280,000s to $400,000s. Custom homes in the community will be built at the completion of Champions Run’s final phase, and these homes will be priced from the $500,000s.

“We’ve had a lot of people inquiring about Champions Run,” said Michael Rosenberg, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Winmark Homes. “They are drawn to the highly rated schools in the area as well as the spacious interiors and beautiful elevations. Homebuyers are encouraged to pick their home site early, as well as their home plan, so that they can get exactly what they want in this community.”

Plans ranging from 2,200 to 3,200 square feet are available to choose from in Champions Run, and these range from three- to six-bedroom options. Basement options are available on some home sites in the community.

Located within a highly rated school district, children will attend Sharon Elementary, Riverwatch Middle and South Forsyth High schools.

Community amenities will include an elegant clubhouse with outdoor fireplace, swimming pool, tennis courts and a playground area.

To visit Champions Run, take 400 North to Exit 13 (Highway 141) and turn right. Travel approximately three miles to Sharon Road and turn left. Sharon Road turns into Old Atlanta Road. Turn left on James Burgess Road. The community is just ahead on the right. For more information, call Steve Pawlik at 678-730-1174.
