WINMARK HOMES OFFERS SPECIAL INCENTIVE FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS
ATLANTA – Winmark Homes wants future homebuyers to know that they’ve got the perfect home for every need – from Gwinnett and Forsyth to Fulton counties. To prove this, Winmark is offering sales agents 5 percent commission when they sell a new home that closes by December 22nd of this year in many different Winmark communities.
“We’re heading into 2007, and we want future homebuyers to know that Winmark Homes has many well-designed and well-planned neighborhoods consisting of quality-constructed homes throughout the northeast Atlanta area that are ready to purchase now,” said Michael Rosenberg, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Winmark Homes. “To help agents get these homebuyers to Winmark communities, we’re offering 5 percent commission on houses that close from now until December 22, 2006.”
The 5 percent commission applies to many of Winmark’s neighborhoods, including Silver Oak in Lawrenceville; Liberty Estates in Jackson County; River Stone in the Brookwood area; The Villages at Castleberry in Cumming; Champions Run in Suwanee; Vinings on the Chattahoochee in Atlanta; Carlton at Hamilton Mill and The Hamptons in Buford; Kingston in Lilburn; and Providence in Dacula.
