WINMARK HOMES OPENS SECOND MODEL AT CHAMPIONS RUN

ATLANTA – Winmark Homes is pleased to announce the opening of a second decorated model home at one of its newest and exciting communities, Champions Run. Upon completion, Champions Run, which is in South Forsyth County in Suwanee, will offer homes priced from the $300,000s. Custom homes in the final phase of the community will be priced from the $600,000s. In combination, the total homes in the community will be 360.

“Homebuyers will be very impressed with the decorated Azalea model home because it offers so much space for homebuyers,” said Michael Rosenberg, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Winmark Homes. “This South Forsyth County community continues to draw homebuyers because of its convenient location near Georgia 400. As homebuyers drive north on 400, they can leave their worries behind as they head toward a more relaxed lifestyle of Champions Run, which is also located near Cumming.”

The first floor of the Azalea plan has 5-inch hardwoods flowing throughout the living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and breakfast area. All four bedrooms are located on the home’s second level, and the master suite includes a large walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom. The Azalea is priced from $355,900 and has 3,142 square feet of living space
