WINMARK HOMES ANNOUNCES NEW WARRANTY PROGRAM
ATLANTA – Setting a trend for new home builders in Atlanta, Winmark homes now offers a unique warranty program for new homebuilders. The 2-5-10 Warranty Program increases the standard one-year home warranty to two years.
In addition to the two-year home warranty, Winmark now offers a 5 year limited roof and plumbing leak warranty under the 2-5-10 Warranty Program, which is new for the home builder. Winmark Homes are also insured with a 10-year structural warranty as well.
“We decided to increase the standard one-year warranty to two years because we perceive that the home building industry is headed this way, and we want to stay ahead of this trend. Two states within the United States already require a two-year warranty,” said Michael Rosenberg, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Winmark Homes. “Our goal is to raise customer satisfaction, and home warranties are a huge part of customer satisfaction.”
Certain exceptions do apply to the five-year limited leak warranty. The new warranty program is available at any Winmark communities throughout Gwinnett, Forsyth and Fulton counties.
