WINMARK HOMES WELCOMES PATSY PETE TO SILVER OAK

LAWRENCEVILLE – Patsy Pete recently joined Winmark Homes as the onsite sales agent at Silver Oak, a single-family community of 160 homes priced from the mid $200,000s. Silver Oak is convenient to not only grocery stores, banks, restaurants and movie theaters, but also to The Avenue Webb Gin (which recently opened near the community).

“Silver Oak is a beautiful community in the Lawrenceville/Grayson area, and it’s less than a mile from the new Avenue and 10 minutes to Discover Mills,” Pete said. “Winmark is known for quality and building well-designed, spacious homes. The homes at Silver Oak are no different. You really need to stop by and see the craftsmanship yourself.”

Prior to joining Winmark in April, Pete worked for eight years in new home sales throughout metro Atlanta. She said she enjoys working for Winmark because the company knows the importance of customer service and building a quality home.

A variety of five and six bedroom floor plans are available at Silver Oak. Homes range in size from 2,300 to 3,000 square feet and feature 9-foot ceilings, hardwood floors in foyers and powder rooms, beautiful kitchens with Birch cabinets and large master bedrooms with luxurious master baths. All of the homes have two-car garages with carriage-style doors. The homes exteriors are a combination of brick, stone and cedar shake fronts.

Outstanding community amenities include a cabana, swimming pool and lighted tennis courts. Children will attend Pharr Elementary, McConnell Middle School and Grayson High School.

To visit Silver Oak, take I-85 north to Ga. Highway 316. Take right at Sugarloaf Parkway. Continue until the road dead ends at Ga. Highway 20, and take a right. Take right on Webb Gin House Road, and the community is on right. From Ga. Highway 124, travel north towards Lawrenceville, and take a right on Webb Gin House Road. Drive two miles, and Silver Oak will be on left before Ga. Highway 20.
