EXCEPTIONAL SCHOOLS, LOW TAXES CONTINUE TO DRAW BUYERS TO CHAMPIONS RUN
SUWANEE – Winmark Homes continues to have high sales at Champions Run in Forsyth County. With single-family homes priced from the $300,000s, this Suwanee community is served by some of the best schools in Georgia: Settles Bridge Elementary, Riverwatch Middle and South Forsyth High schools – all which annually meet or exceed state testing scores.
In the past few months, Winmark has sold approximately 10 homes a month in the community. Homebuyers are drawn to the community’s well-built homes, the low land taxes of Forsyth County, high-scoring schools in Suwanee and convenience to Ga. 400, I-285 and Atlanta.
“When we started looking for a home, we knew we liked this area and were immediately drawn to this community,” said Brian Hughes, who along with his wife Brandi recently built a new home in Champions Run. “Winmark is a stable homebuilder who continues to close a record number of houses, even though other home builders are having slow years. We knew Winmark could deliver on our expectations.”
Hughes said the South Forsyth area around Suwanee reminded him of East Cobb County where he was raised. “People here take pride in their community, their schools and their neighborhoods,” said Hughes, who has two young children. “The schools here are great.”
