CHAMPIONS RUN SCHOOLS RANK TOP IN STATE, NATION

SUWANEE –Champions Run, a top-selling Winmark Homes community in Forsyth County, continues to have one of the top-ranking school districts in the state. With single-family homes priced from the $300,000s, Champions Run draws buyers because of great home designs, quality construction and its public schools: Settles Bridge Elementary, Riverwatch Middle and South Forsyth High schools.

According to the State of Georgia Public Schools Directory, Settles Bridge ranked sixth out of 1,148 elementary schools for high achievement scores, while Riverwatch ranked third in the state out of 476 middle schools. Newsweek Magazine ranked South Forsyth High School 314 out of 1,200 of the nation’s top high schools in 2007. This ranking is based on the total Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate or Cambridge tests given at the schools divided by the number of graduating seniors. Using these same standards, South Forsyth High ranked sixth in Georgia last year as well.

“The schools continue to draw homebuyers to Champions Run,” Mike Rosenberg, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Winmark Homes. “Buyers are drawn to our quality built, spacious homes, as well as the many community amenities in Champions Run.”
