WINMARK HOMES OPENS THEIR FIRST COMMUNITY IN FORSYTH COUNTY: THE VILLAGES AT CASTLEBERRY
ATLANTA – Winmark Homes has opened its newest community, The Villages at Castleberry, representing the company’s first foray into Forsyth County. This Winmark Homes neighborhood is another first for the company, offering buyers a unique mix of single – family homes, townhomes and patio homes. When completed, The Villages at Castleberry will boast a community of 248 homes.
“The Villages at Castleberry will offer homeowners a unique, private environment tucked away from the hustle and bustle of things, yet convenient to shopping and schools,” said Michael Rosenberg, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Winmark Homes. “This mixture of townhomes, patio homes and single-family homes gives buyers a variety of choices within the neighborhood.”
The first two phases of The Villages at Castleberry will focus on townhomes and patio homes. “The Park at Castleberry” will be a village of townhomes that will feature four floor plans – Sherwood, Sheldon, Kingsley and Kenilworth.“ Prices will begin at $178,000.
“The Crossing at Castleberry” will feature Winmark Homes’ impressive two-story patio homes with masters on the main. The plans will be the Chaucer, Clancy, Tennyson and Kipling. The square footage will range from 1,800 to 2,000 depending on the floor plan. The final phase of The Villages will be “The Reserve at Castleberry” comprised of 61 single-family homes. These homes will range from 2,400 to 3,100 square feet.
The sales office opened its doors on June 1 and construction is underway on the model homes, which are projected to open in early fall. The Villages at Castleberry offers wonderful family-oriented amenities, including a spacious clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts and a playground.
The Villages at Castleberry is a short drive from Northpoint Mall and very near one of Georgia’s largest and most popular recreational venues, beautiful Lake Lanier.
